1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

c. Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address so that we may contact you regarding your complaint.
d. Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
e. Statement of accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
f. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Notices submitted by any means other than those listed above may not be received or acted upon. We recommend submitting notices via email to ensure prompt processing.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. To be effective, your counter-notification must include all of the following:
a. Identification of the removed material: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
b. Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
c. Your contact information: Your name, address, and telephone number, and a declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable legal authority and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
d. Signature: A physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. The removed material may be restored or access re-enabled within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days following receipt of a valid counter-notification, unless our Copyright Agent receives notice that the complaining party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Navtrix maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once or who has had content removed from the platform on more than one occasion. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a user qualifies as a repeat infringer.
5. Modifications to Submitted Material
We reserve the right to modify, alter, or remove any content identified as infringing, in addition to disabling access to or removing such content entirely. We may take these actions at any time without prior notice to the user who submitted the content.
6. False Notifications
Please be aware that submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification with materially false information may result in civil liability. Before submitting a copyright infringement notice, you should consult with a legal adviser if you are uncertain whether the content in question infringes your copyright. We will not be held liable for any damages arising from false or misleading notifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
Navtrix acts as a service provider and is not liable for any copyright infringement committed by users of the platform. Our responses to DMCA notices are made in good faith and in compliance with applicable law. We make no representations or warranties that the removal of or disabling of access to any particular material will protect you from claims of copyright infringement.
8. Third-Party Content
Our platform may contain links to or content from third-party websites or services. We do not control or monitor third-party content and are not responsible for any alleged copyright infringements occurring on third-party platforms. Please direct any complaints regarding third-party content to the respective platform operator.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy to this page.
